Accessibility Statement
WDE Media Legal
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 30, 2026
At the WDE Media Community, accessibility is not just a legal necessity, it is our core commitment to our audience. Because our platform is dedicated to the advancement and sharing of assistive technology, we believe that our own digital environments must exemplify the highest standards of inclusive design.
1. Our Commitment and Target Standards
This platform is built upon strict web accessibility compliance. We continuously monitor and improve our digital infrastructure, prioritizing conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) versions 2.1, 2.2, and the emerging 3.0 standards.
Specifically, we actively target:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance as our foundational baseline for all user interfaces and content. For example, the default Font Family is the Atkinson Hyperlegible designed by the Braille Institute, with a minimum of 14PT, strong contrast colors, and user options to Zoom the readable text up to 180%.
- WCAG 3.0 Level AAA conformance wherever technically possible, anticipating the future of web accessibility standards. For example, the original deep research content is rewritten at the 9th-grade reading level, to provide a plain spoken version of the content.
2. Evaluation Methods
To ensure our research documents, cloud services, and platform interfaces meet these rigorous standards, we employ a hybrid evaluation approach:
- Automated Pipelines: Our cloud service products are generated using an automated workflow pipeline specifically engineered to output structurally compliant content elements from the ground up.
- Screen Reader Verification: Automated testing cannot catch every barrier. Therefore, we manually test and verify our content layers and navigational structures using the NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) screen reader to ensure a logical and functional experience for non-visual users.
3. Known Limitations
While we maintain strict control over our primary architecture and content generation, our platform relies on select third-party integrations to provide essential services. You may encounter minor accessibility barriers within these elements, which are currently outside of our direct control:
- Merchant of Record Checkout: The payment processing modal provided by Lemon Squeezy.
- Authentication: The OAuth Google Login interface used for account creation and access.
We continually monitor the accessibility updates of these third-party vendors and will implement improvements as soon as they become available.
4. Feedback and Assistance
Your experience is critical to our mission. If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our site, experience issues with the third-party integrations, or require assistance accessing our research and products, we are here to help.
