Digital Product Terms and EULA

• This Digital Product Terms and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms of your use of the digital assets, software tools, and EPUB reports (collectively, the “Digital Products”) provided by the WDE Media Community and WDE Media.

By starting a trial, subscribing to a membership, or accessing the Digital Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Merchant of Record Acknowledgment

Payments and order fulfillment are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase or initiating a trial, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Conditions. Lemon Squeezy handles all financial transactions, billing security, and applicable global tax compliance.

2. Licensing vs. Ownership

When you access our Digital Products, you are purchasing a **license** to use the materials, not outright ownership of the intellectual property.

• Individual Use License: Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, access, and use the software tools and EPUB reports for your personal, individual use.
• Commercial Use: This standard license strictly prohibits commercial reproduction, redistribution, resale, or deployment of our Digital Products within a corporate entity. 3. Membership, Free Trial, and Billing

Access to our Digital Products is provided through a subscription membership model.

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial period for new members to evaluate the platform and its resources.
• Billing Cycle: If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, your chosen payment method will be automatically billed on the 15th day. The membership will then continue on a renewable subscription basis according to your selected billing frequency.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our membership provides immediate access to digital assets and downloadable resources, our cancellation policy operates as follows:

• No Returns Required: If you decide to cancel your membership, you are not required to return any previously downloaded Digital Products.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel your renewable subscription, please contact the Lemon Squeezy support team, who securely manages all subscription lifecycles on our behalf.
• Access Revocation: Upon cancellation, your billing will cease, and your membership access to the community infrastructure and future product updates will be revoked at the end of your current billing cycle.
