Please note that these Terms apply to your general use of the platform, while basic purchase terms of service are listed at the end of this document. Access to digital products, software, or premium research is governed by separate agreements facilitated by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our site.

The Edge AT Community is dedicated to sharing assistive technology research, training materials, and accessibility resources. However, it is vital to understand the limitations of the information provided:

We invest significant time and resources into our research and platform development. Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Ownership: All original content on this platform, including but not limited to research documents, articles, proprietary methodologies, site design, graphics, text, and source code, is the intellectual property of WDE Media and the WDE Media Community.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
• Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the platform content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use.

3. User Conduct and Community Moderation

Our platform may feature interactive elements, such as comment sections, community forums, or member profiles, designed to foster collaboration in the accessibility space. To maintain a safe and productive environment, you agree to the following conduct policies:

• Acceptable Use: You agree to interact respectfully with other members. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, explicit, promotes violence, violates the intellectual property of others, or contains malicious code (viruses, malware). Spam, unauthorized promotional materials, and automated data scraping are strictly prohibited.
• Moderation Policy: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or disrupts the community. We may suspend or terminate the account of any user who repeatedly or egregiously violates these guidelines, without prior notice.

These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Basic Terms of Service

Payment: Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or collect your payment card details.

Free 14-day Trial Period: WDE Media offers a free 14-day trial period, allowing the membership subscription to be cancelled without a billing charged. The purchase will be billed on the 15th day and not not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership subscription at any time before the next renewal period begins. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation, and you will no longer have access to the digital products.

Modifications: WDE Media may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Definitions: The term ‘lifetime’ in the context of our plans means lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue a product.
