TCP002: Blueprint for TCPVoice

This report provides a comprehensive blueprint for the “The Christopher Project” (TCP). The TCPVoice project represents a transformative initiative in the domain of Assistive Technology (AT), specifically addressing the complex needs of students with severe physical and speech limitations. Traditional Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, while functional, often impose significant cognitive loads through static navigation menus, produce robotic and emotionally flattened speech, and fail to integrate seamlessly with the academic and physical environments of the user. The TCPVoice framework proposes a paradigm shift from static selection to dynamic, generative interaction by leveraging the capabilities of edge-based Artificial Intelligence.
